About the Role:

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking Occupational Therapists to work with our client's diverse service user groups, including those with physical disabilities, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and paediatric needs. Your role will involve assessing complex care needs, recommending equipment or adaptations to enhance independence, and conducting manual handling assessments to minimise risks. Join our client's experienced and collaborative team, working closely with internal and external services to provide comprehensive assessment and care plans. You'll support other teams, such as housing and social work, by providing detailed reports on resident housing, care, and adaptation needs.

About You:

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll embody our values of being Caring, Collaborative, Community Focused, Courageous, and Creative. You must be qualified and registered with the Health Care Professions Council, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and others. Excellent assessment skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional links are essential, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and development. You'll contribute to team development and demonstrate clear written communication skills in assessments and support plans.
